October 9th is the 50th World Postal Day, and the theme of this session is "DELIVERING · DEVELOPMENT". The development of the times has been advancing rapidly. China Post has followed the party's footsteps and spent 70 years of unremitting struggle with the motherland. The still water is deep, and the postal service passes the goodness to the hands of everyone. The motherland is in its prime, and the postal service is constantly innovating. From the opening of four basic services to the comprehensive promotion of universal services; from the optimization of county-level logistics networks to the firm role of the "national team" in the delivery business; from the promotion of convenience services to the "two circles" (community service ecosystem, Tourism service ecosystem) services are meticulous. The post is a warm bond that connects you and me with a happier and more convenient life.
Universal service makes "last mile" a happy waiting place
Huangshan Post has a total of 131 postal outlets, covering all administrative villages in the city. Of these, 123 are universal service outlets, of which 35 are blank township outlets with inconvenient transportation, accounting for 12.6% of the province's 278 blank township outlets. In the absence of business income and profits, Huangshan Post has always adhered to its political and social responsibilities by virtue of its political faith in party loyalty. In 2019, Huangshan Post Branch invested a lot of electronic equipment and personnel to upgrade the technology and services of universal service outlets, and promote the informationization and convenience of general service outlets. Under the leadership of the provincial and municipal postal administration bureaus, the completion of the postal mail compliance in Machuan Village, Huangshan District was completed.
Surrounded by water on all sides, Machuan Village, Longmen Township, Huangshan District is the only administrative village in the province that has no road access. The convenience service boat provided by the township government travels once a week to receive newspapers, letters and parcels brought by the post. In March this year, under the personal guidance of the provincial and municipal postal administration bureaus, Huangshan Post and Machuan Village worked together to improve the frequency of postal mail to three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday). At present, the city's 692 formed villages have all reached the delivery frequency requirements, which meets the needs of the masses of the people by mail.
"Two-circle" service allows "posts around" to enter millions of households
Serving urban and rural areas and delivering a better life is the purpose of the post. In recent years, Huangshan Post has made a lot of efforts for this. In order to realize the strategy of rural rejuvenation and promote the "down of industrial products and up of agricultural products", Huangshan Post has established 958 rural mail order sites, and through the sales, purchasing, and batch marketing services of Youle.com to create county-level physical service points. In order to facilitate the life of urban residents, Huangshan Post has built more than 50 urban home postal stations. The main service content is parcel collection and investment, which solves the problem of customer package delivery and storage security. In order to improve the quality of tourism services in the city, Huangshan Post has built 90 travel and post stations. It also plans to build 26 tourism stations across the region to provide tourists with a full range of services such as relaxation, shopping and mailing. From rural to urban, from home to travel, postal preservation and distribution services are everywhere.
From "dot" to "face", Huangshan Post worked hard on the service side. Coordinate development, cooperate with Huangshan Municipal Taxation Bureau, and issue general VAT invoices and tax collection functions on behalf of 42 post offices; cooperate with the municipal traffic police detachment, and set up “policy post convenience service stations” at 50 post outlets, which can be handled 12 traffic management services. Cooperate with insurance companies to develop Internet insurance business, handle accidents, property, health insurance, three categories of simple insurance, life insurance, Ping An Insurance, Ping An Annuity, Pacific Insurance, PICC, Land Insurance, China United, Tianan P & C, etc. Provide 44 premium insurance products.
Take Responsibility and Take the Lead in the "Benefit Enterprise" and "Poverty Alleviation" Causes
As an established central enterprise, the Post regards serving the local economy and promoting poverty alleviation as an important part of its work. In 2019, Huangshan Post launched the "Yilu Xian · Huangshan Tea Language" project, focusing on Huangshan Maofeng, Taiping Houkui, and Qimen Black Tea, uniting well-known enterprises in the city, relying on the postal offices throughout the province and serving the country's lines On the platform, it sells to 15 provinces and cities including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, and Hebei, and achieved a total of 2.44 million yuan in online sales that year, with a total sales of 20 million yuan. In order to solve the problem of seasonal capital shortage of small and micro-enterprises in rural areas, Huangshan Post and Postal Savings Bank jointly launched the Sannong Financial Loan Service. The products include tea loan service for small tea companies, and small-scale secured loans for entrepreneurial teams. Rural travel loans for homestay hotels facilitate family farm loans for large agricultural businesses such as agriculture, forestry, and fishing, as well as personal business loans for small and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households.
Relying on Youle.com and WeChat Mall since 2016, Huangshan Post has successively carried out poverty alleviation funds for “County Citrus Crowd”, “Winter Bamboo Crowdfunding”, “Santanyu”, Huangshan District “Hangqing Pear” and “Huangshan Tea Word”. The precision poverty alleviation project helped local rural areas to alleviate the problem of unsalable agricultural products. A total of 9,520 units of agricultural products were sold, with a sales amount of 390,300 yuan, and more than 60 people in poverty were assisted.
